Our Current Focus - Papua New Guinea

After successful completion of recovery missions in Europe, Italy and Japan for the past few years we have turned our attention and focus to the recovery of American MIA's in the remote jungles of

Papua, New Guinea.

One of the primary reasons for us working in this area is the thousands of lost MIA's known to still be out there in this inhospitable region. We currently maintain staff to work with locals in this area year round charged with finding specific crash sites in the jungles and reporting them back to us for follow-up.

WHO ARE THE MIA HUNTERS?

MIA Hunters was founded by the Moon family in the 1990's comprised of Bryan, Christopher, Dona and Cicely Moon each residing in the USA.

Today, the team has expanded to include dozens of other support staff all over the world and here in the USA.

We believe the "window of opportunity" to find lost missing in action servicemen is closing fast as results are closely tied to finding eye witnesses, and many of these people are at an age that leaves fewer and fewer of them alive each year. Join us in our work for the adventure of a lifetime and help us bring our fallen heroes home ... at last..
